The award-winning Conway Team broke ground as one of the first mother/son teams in the city and has been making real estate history ever since, earning the highest industry awards, receiving kudos from clients and agents alike, and breaking sales records — all with our trademark honesty, genuine caring, and work ethic. 

Our team founder Kathy Conway got her real estate license after a career as a social worker, and soon made waves in the Philadelphia real estate community, winning Rookie of the Year in 1987. She earned many other prestigious awards, and she was a consistent top producer throughout her career. She was born and raised in Queen Village, was a founding member of the Queen Village Neighborhood Association, and was passionate about sharing the city she loved with her clients. Her son Patrick soon joined the family business, having been around it his entire life, and she was so happy he became her partner at The Conway Team. Patrick now has 25+ years of experience, and has also been a consistent top producer and award-winning agent. After a long battle with pancreatic cancer, Kathy passed away peacefully in September 2021. Patrick now leads The Conway Team; we continue Kathy’s professional legacy by working hard and caring deeply for each and every one of our clients.
