Kathy was born and raised in Queen Village, was a founding member of the Queen Village Neighborhood Association, and was passionate about sharing the city she loved with her clients. Before she entered the real estate industry she worked as a social worker. She got her real estate license in 1986, ironically on April Fool’s Day of that year. Kathy was the recipient of the 1987 Rookie of the Year award. From that day on, she was a consistent top producer not only at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, but in the entire city of Philadelphia. She was very grateful to have received many prestigious awards throughout the years on the local and national level. She was kind and patient, going far beyond what is expected of a real estate agent.
The team contributes much of their success to working hard and sincerely caring for their customers, values set by their founder Kathy. They know buying a home is a big step and want to be there with you every step of the way, to make sure you find that perfect home or investment property. When the time comes to sell your home, know that The Conway Team is consistent and hard working. They do not take your trust lightly. They look forward to serving you the best.
After a long battle with pancreatic cancer, Kathy passed away peacefully in September 2021. Patrick now leads The Conway Team; he and his agents continue Kathy’s professional legacy.
