Kathy helped my mother sell her home in what turned out to be a very complex and lengthy transaction due to the buyer’s financing arrangements and other particulars. No matter when we called Kathy she took our calls or responded to messages promptly. This was very stressful for all of us, especially Mom, but Kathy helped her to stay the course and see it through to closing. God bless her!!!!!
