It was historic (I was looking for new construction) well UNDER my price point but she thought I should see it as she had heard it was a very special home. It was. There were three offers that first day and Kathy Conway negotiated the details for me and I WON! Nineteen happy years later it was time to move south so I called my friend Kathy and once again the home had three offers in two days! I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so as I know that in her capable hands the experience of buying and selling a home will be delightful.
