The house we just sold is the one we purchased from Kathy and Patrick in 2004. They were a pleasure to work with then and an even bigger pleasure now. Their knowledge of the market is impeccable. They work hard and have super knowledge of the city and the ebb and flow of business. We always had confidence that our house would sell. If we EVER return to the city we will immediately go through Kathy and Patrick.
