Pat (and Kathy) was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. Selling this property was complicated and Pat handled it with ease. Most importantly, Pat fought hard to get us the highest price possible, which he did. Many agents would have pushed us to accept a slightly lower price in order to ensure the sale happened. But Pat actually encouraged us to ask for a higher price, even though the difference to him would have been pennies. This was a clear sign that Pat had our best interests at heart.
