I have used Pat and Kathy to buy 3 houses and sell 2 over the past 18 years. The houses were in Queen Village and Rittenhouse Sq. They showed me as many places as I wanted, and brought ideas to me based on what they knew my family needed. I have been very happy with their support, knowledge of the market, and responsiveness. They are local people who know the neighborhoods, process, and options. Pat negotiated a $5K reduction in price for the last house I bought – my retirement condo – and that was without me asking, but very welcome. Also, Joanie in their office is among the best. I would highly recommend them. In addition, I just like them as honest, good people!
