We recently purchased our very first home with Kathy and we could not have been happier. Kathy is incredibly knowledgeable about the homes and neighborhoods in Philly, and she will tell you right from the start if she does not think the home is a good investment. Kathy is very sweet and she will never push you into anything you are not comfortable with, which we appreciated as first time home buyers. We spent about a month looking before finding the right home and working with Kathy was very easy. Her team is highly responsive and answered all of our questions along the way.
